Specification Sales Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company's range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments and refurbishments. You will play a vital part in developing relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, specifiers, developers, consultants, and contractors. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating product/system specifications, working closely with commercial fabricators and installers, and delivering technical presentations to professionals in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling, or building envelope arena
- Project-led with strong presentation skills
- Demonstrable track record in specification selling
- Ideally, a knowledge of wind loadings and building fabric
- Ability to provide detailed technical support and advice
